About the Ministry

Since October 2011, Angelia Rowe Garner Ministries (ARG Ministries) has been faithfully advancing the kingdom of God through both evangelistic appeals and community service. As the Ministry’s visionary and founder, Reverend Garner, is a 21st century preacher, teacher and motivational speaker. She is also a renowned attorney; providing a unique perspective and focus on helping women live well – spiritually, relationally, and emotionally.

Reverend Garner is a national “voice” on social issues and provides caring solutions and helps women find their voice during some of life’s most challenging times.

The impact and depth of ARG Ministries transcends social, economic, ethnic, and generational lines. Manifested through its varied efforts/platforms listed below, ARG Ministries’ mission is to Engage, Enlighten, Encourage, and Empower women to unite and reach their full potential.

Ministry Platforms:

Sister to Sister Outreach – A ministry outreach focused on the spiritual, mental, legal, and emotional needs of Adult Women in Capitol Heights, Maryland. Monthly empowerment workshops and life skills training is provided to displaced women and their children seeking transitional or permanent housing. Through this platform, the ministry provides essential supplies, resources and financial support to women in need.

Reverend Esquires in Training (R.E.I.T.s) – Designed to develop and impact the next generation of women preachers and lawyers, this Mentoring Program/Camp is specially designed for pre-teens and adolescent girls between the ages of 10-17. The ultimate goal of the camp is to ignite participants’ passion to pursue and fulfill their dreams in law and/or ministry.

Girlfriends Forever (GFF) Network – a national movement of women united in sisterhood and empowered to change the lives, families and communities of women across the world. Participants are engaged through multiple mediums such as, but not limited to, periodic newsletters, social media, inspirational conferences, webinars, and publications.
